2019 could be titled “The Year of Growth”. The company has been through a lot of change in the past year. Change brings about growth, but it does not come without difficulty.
2019 was a year of extreme change and growth for me. Through 2019, I learned that change is inevitable, and life is full of struggles and hardships, but the only way to get through these challenges is to stay positive and to keep moving forward. My 2019 Mantra: “Nothing lasts forever. The storm will eventually pass.”.
Hannah Kassen, Staff Accountant
Through the difficult circumstance of everyday business, our team has not only grown individually, but also as a whole. When faced with obstacles, the real you will appear; however, when it would have been easy to quit, our team persevered. We were able to encourage each other along the way and keep a lightheartedness attitude around the office. People not only learned from mistakes but were able to laugh and move on rather than letting them bring us down. As a team, we are thankful for the year of 2019 and all the growth that came with it.
2019 taught me to not take my blessing for granted and to be present and live each day fully, whether at home or at work. I hope to be more intentional about finding joy in all circumstances of life.
Rebecca James, Midlothian Office Manager and Audit Assistant

I look forward to continuing to develop the client and staff relationships I have formed here, to developing new relationships, to helping our staff grow and learn, to growing closer as a team, and to providing our clients exceptional service.
Sheri Headrick, Tax Director
Through mentorship and teamwork, we are motivated to utilize our skills to better ourselves and the company.
Last year for me was all about perseverance and survival. This year I am going to decompress from the stressful season and will use that energy towards training and growth.
